Bench your bodyweight - check
Deadlift double your bodyweight - check
Hold a 2-minute plank - check
Sleep with only one pillow - why would you sleep with more? - check
Sit on floor without using hands, knees or elbows - check
Balance on one foot for 10 seconds - well, duh - check
Hang for 30 seconds - pullup - yep, check
30 second bodyweight squat and hold - yep, check
Farmers walk your bodyweight - check
We did however, have to test to see if we could long jump without a running jump. In our kitchen on a relaxed Sunday evening. So, we are practicing long jumps in our kitchen and getting up off the floor without using our hands. I'm pretty sure most middle-aged couples don't do these things on a relaxed Sunday evening. Glad we're not normal. I like our weird life.
