HIIT (high intensity interval training) Hop® is designed to provide maximum fat loss as well as overall body conditioning, strength and endurance. HIIT Hop® is a combination of cardio, strength, endurance training with a little simple dance thrown in. It is designed to maximize fat loss, as well as strength and muscle development. HIIT Hop® is challenging, but it gets easier as endurance and strength increase. Some simple dance moves are integrated into the hour workout to keep it light, fun and provide cardio. Most fitness videos are solely cardio or dance fitness and designed only for fat loss. However, muscle development growth optimizes metabolism and fat burning. The hour-long workout can be designed to focus on one muscle group, or the entire body, but always has cardio fitness as a component. It is an intense workout, but remains fun.
